Seasonal Returns Analyzer - Full-time Hours Available

Job Summary – Purpose of Position

The Returns Analyzer position is responsible for analyzing returned goods from customers in an accurate and efficient manner, according to guide, in an effort to deliver the highest quality service to Duluth customers. Returns Analyzers will also be responsible for actions such as inspecting products to be delivered to stores or customers, ensuring that prodcuts is consistently prepped and apckaged to department standards.

This position will be utilized to address the seasonal business need of the Returns Department and is temporary, however offers the ability to achieve full-time hours and overtime when available.

What You’ll Do: 

• Prep, clean, fold and repackage sellable products. 
• Open, inspect and verify returned products for return to vendor, outlet store sale or sellable product. 
• Document and disposition returned products according to guide. 
• Maintain clean work area. 
• Assist in other areas of the operations to meet customer expectations and company service levels

Physical Environment & Travel Expectations :

• • Standing or walking for up to the entirety of your shift. 
  • Frequently lifting up to 30 lbs., occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions  
  • Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions. 
  • Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
  • The ability to walk long distances 
  • The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day 
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time 
  • The ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods of times 
  • Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds. 
  • Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments). 
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees. 
  • Moderate warehouse noise level.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another

Starting Rate: $17.00

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
