Inbound Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. You will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation for our inbound shipments, both nationally and internationally. A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve shipment issues and have strong negotiation skills.

Work Environment:

At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer.

What You’ll Do: 

• Coordinate the receipt of all domestic and international inbound shipments and transfers into the fulfillment center including all documentation, system updates, and internal and external communication
• Coordinating with 3PLs to track the movements of shipments
• Review of purchase orders to ensure accuracy and fixingin shipment errors
• Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers related to purchase orders
• Work very closely with Operations to manage inventory levels as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma
• Import and Export Operation Experience
• Global Shipping Management (Air, Ocean, Trucking)
• Basic Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point
• US Customs Clearance Experience
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• 1+ year of experience years of experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple purchase orders at once
• No Management Experience Required managing activities inline with individual contributor level team.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Compensation Outline 

Compensation Range: $23.08 to $28.85/hour.
