Treasury Intern

The Treasury Intern will work part-time during the school year and full-time during summer and winter breaks, this position will support the Treasury Department in all functional areas. This includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury Operations and Risk & Insurance areas.

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist accounts receivable in the processing of customer care payment settlements
• Support treasury operations by coordinating  bank related projects
• Support accounts payable with invoice matching and processing as needed
• Create and maintain process documents, including Standard Operating Procedures, and workflow process mapping 
• Provide feedback and identification of opportunities for process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and administrative skills
• Ability to work with financial partners in a professional manner to update information and resolve issues
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritze in a fast paces environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to evaluate data and discover patterns and process improvements 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Microsoft Power BI a +
• Must be located in the Madison/Mt. Horeb, WI area with the ability to work in the office during semester, summer and winter breaks.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Compensation Outline 

Compensation Range: $17 to $20/hour.

Compensation listed is for the part-time position at this specific location and is based on several factors, including experience, and qualifications. Benefits and perks may have eligibility requirements and are subject to change.
